LifeJuice wants everyone to have a better, healthier life. We specialise in cold pressed juices, nut milks, smoothies and recently we’ve started making salads in a jar and offer an ever growing selection of organic food at our farmer’s market.
Cold pressing is a specific process used to extract juice from ingredients like fruit and vegetables. You can read more about the cold press process here.
Don’t be alarmed if your juice separates. We don’t add water or preservatives so the heavier ingredients will naturally separate from the lighter ones. Not all of our juices will separate as each has a slightly different consistency depending on the recipe. The colour of the juice will remain the same throughout, which means it has not oxidised and all the nutrients are still present within the bottle. Just give the bottle a gentle shake to even things out before you drink.
We would love to be 100% organic and we use organic products as much as we can, but it’s not always possible because we are committed to supporting local growers and some are not currently certified organic.
Our juices are 100% raw. We do cook some of our food recipes because they contain meat, but as with our juice, the ingredients are fresh and raw to preserve the nutrients, enzymes, and vitamins.
Actually, all of our juices are 100% gluten-free! We don’t use animal products and there is no gluten in fruit, nuts, vegetables or chocolate. If you want a salad, just ask us before you buy, our menu is still fairly new so may contain wheat or gluten.
At LifeJuice we believe in tasting food in its original form. We do not add sugar, preservatives or water to any of our juices. The sweeter tasting juices are naturally sweet from the fruit itself.

For those keen beans who really want an example, our nut milks use whole dates to add a bit of sweetness. They contain 20-25g of sugars, which is roughly the same amount of sugar in 1 large apple.

If you are watching your sugar intake or experimenting with a low sugar or carb diet, try one of the vegetable or green-based juices as they will have the least amount of sugar.

Sugar is a very contentious subject these days, and we have been very careful to assess the overall nutrient value of all our recipes. As our nutritionist will tell you, our bodies were designed to handle natural sugars, it’s the processed sugars our bodies have trouble with.

There is 100-160 calories per bottle. The average man needs around 2500 calories per day compared to 2000 for women.
Of course. However, as with anyone with reduced immunity, please consult a physician if you’re not sure.
We are lactose free 😀 even our milks use soybeans and nuts. Some of our foods do contain dairy products so make sure to double check with our team about specific food items first.
Try the green juices, they are more likely to keep your blood sugar levels even. The fruit based juices have the most natural sugars, so if you are concerned please check with your physician first.

If you bring it back to us we can give you RM0.40 off your next purchase. Returning or reusing the bottles is a great way to be kind to our environment.
Certain plastics have chemicals and other harmful toxins that can leach out and contaminate our products and your body, so we much prefer glass. It’s a sustainable material that can be reused again and again. It’s great for the planet and looks good too.
We deliver juice to our outlets twice a day so the juice remains fresh. It also helps us keep a close eye on demand so we can adjust our production accordingly. In fact we are usually sold out because we think it’s much better to have none left over than to make too many. If there are any left over it’s considered wastage and responsibly discarded.
